The aim of this project is to provide an interface to the Admin with functionlities such
that admin doesnot need to make changes in the code inorder to either edit the current
website or create a new website. The main functionalities implemented and are to be
worked on are listed below.

Functions:

1)Admin Authentication: Login is provided to the admin inorder to allow only

admins to deal with the web pages. The userid and password entered by the admin
are validated with the database and acess is given only when the details entered are
correct.

2)Create/Edit : Admin is provided with options to create a new website or edit the
existing (current year) website.

3) Themes : If Admin wants to create a new website, admin can choose from the
different themes provided to generate new website. The preview of the each theme is
also provided.

Theme1: Scroll down website where each link in the webpage navigates down to the
same webpage.

Theme2: Website in which each link directs to new webpage.

4)Website generation : Admin will be provided with form to fill with the details to
be in the website which will be generated when submitted.

5)Drop down lists: Inorder to choose the data like track topics, chairs, committee
members drop down lists are provided from database. If new memeber or topic is to
be added, add option is provided which creates new entry in database for future use.

Work to be done:

1)If Deadline is crossed then those changes are shown in website by striking on those
dates.
2)Provision for adding new themes will be provided in the interface.

3)Function to change/upload background images to be displayed in website will be

provided.

4)Archives of previous year webpages are to be made available.

5)Link for paper submission is to be provided.

6) The filled in values of the form have to be made available to the admin if he
chooses to edit the current year's website.
