I. INTRODUCTION II. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

With the continuous development of technology, it is now This research proposal was made to help those people who

Reality Navigation apps through smart glasses. It will focus
only on an AR-based Navigational system that provides
directional guides. This proposal will also provide small
details in prototyping a smart glass, but will not immensely
focus on the subject.
This proposal will not cover the use of non-AR-based
Navigation systems.

V. METHODOLOGY
The researchers will design a smart glass that can provide
directional navigations to guide the user. The smart glass will
be made using a microcontroller that will allow the smart
phone to be connected to the glasses. The smart glass will
use a small camera to get input from the surrounding area and
process the information. An LED display will be used and
projected to the transparent eyewear that will overlay images
in front of the user’s eyes. An accelerometer, gyroscope, and
magnetometer will be used to determine the direction the user
is facing.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
(The preferred spelling of the word “acknowledgment” in
American English is without an “e” after the “g.” Use the
singular heading even if you have many acknowledgments.
Avoid expressions such as “One of us (S.B.A.) would like to
thank ... .” Instead, write “F. A. Author thanks ... .” Sponsor
and financial support acknowledgments are placed in the
unnumbered footnote on the first page.)
