METHODOLOGY
English is an important communication tool in today’s globalized
world, one which allows learners to communicate beyond their own
linguistic and geographical boundaries. As learners enter the final
sublevel of their high school education, it is important to remember
that being able to communicate in the international language of
English will prepare them for a myriad of future academic and career
opportunities, responsibilities and experiences.
The teachers of the Mariano Negrete High School make learning the
English language an element that contributes to the education of
students and adapts to the reality of a culture and diversity to
promote the values of a humanism that recognizes the importance of
intellectual discipline of students, also seeks to promote respect for
different religions and the active practice of our Catholic religion with
all its values making this a participatory culture. The teacher will be
the one who gives the student the continuous possibilities to practice
and create new propositions in the new language giving importance
to reading, comprehension and the four skills that are listening,
Reading, speaking and writing, respecting the learning modality and
personality of each student
