Please follow all instructions provided on both the pictorial boat assembly instructions and on the Balmain Boat
Company website (www.thebalmainboatcompany.com) carefully and completely.
The Balmain Boat Company and its directors, officers and employees discharge all liability for any loss or damage
to personal property or injuries sustained including death to you or any other third party caused during the
assembly process or while using the boat in any capacity. You operate this boat at your own risk. If you are at all
uncomfortable or inexperienced in boat building, please consider asking a boat builder to assist you. Please be
aware of all maritime safety rules in your state and country including but not limited to the mandatory use and
provision of a lifejacket for all passengers when operating the boat.
You must be over 18 years of age to assemble and operate this boat or be under constant supervision by a parent

NOSE PLATE
Detailed instructions:
1. Line up plank ends so that it is square (make sure it is straight and in line with the with the rest of the boat)
2. Apply Glue along the plank
3. Drill 2 holes per rib
4. Hammer and Nail using a 1 Screw on the “NOSE PLATE” (see next drawing for more detail)
