Suspicion Over the Abused of Information

This letter serves as a formal written investigation for your suspected misconduct.

Our system has detected suspicious activities from your membership database. We have noticed that
many of your downlines have the same mobile phone number, which brings to our suspicion that you
are allegedly abusing a2a’s Terms & Conditions, under section 14 Confidentiality and Privacy clauses, by
recruiting phantom users or going against the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 by using personal
information without the users consent for your own benefit.

We strictly urged for you to give an explanation/clarification over this matter by 20th February 2018
(Tuesday).

Therefore, with immediate action, your account will be suspended temporarily until we receive a
legitimate and acceptable explanation/clarification of your suspicious account.

On a further note, a2a reserved the rights to revoke all benefits gained from your suspicious activities,
by cancelling all LP and E-Cash earned. If a2a is being sued for violation of the Personal Data Protection
Act 2010 which stems from your actions, the responsibility will be directed to you.

matter in ease.
