PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMO

1. During the Promo Period (from April 2 to June 30, 2018), every P 1,000 single receipt purchase
from any Araneta Center establishment or Petron Products (Fuels, Engine Oil & Gasul
transactions made starting March 20), or four (4) Cineplex tickets (Gateway Mall or Ali Mall
Cineplex) entitles customer to one (1) raffle entry. The Araneta Center areas include:
 Gateway Main & Tower Mall
 Farmers Plaza & Market
 Transpo (Old Bus Station & New Bus Port)
 Coliseum Circle (Smart-Araneta & Kia Theatre)
 Telus & Shopwise Arcade
 Manhattan Parkway, Parkview, & Heights
 Cyberpark Tower 1
2. The following excluded transactions will be implemented:
 The SM Store (except tenants in Mall Area of the building)
 Shopwise [However, tenants outside the store, Wellcome Supermarket at Manhattan Parkway
& Rustan’s (Department Store & Supermarket) Gateway transactions will STILL be accepted]
 Isetann Department Store & Supermarket
 Movie Tickets with SC/PWD discounts
 Gift Certificates & Network Dealerships
 Remittance Center (both sending & recieving money)
 Utility/Bills (i.e. Electricity, Water, Telecommunications, Cable, Credit Cards, etc.)
3. All purchases made using credit, debit, and/or prepaid Mastercard cards will automatically earn
double raffle entries.
4. Strictly one transaction per receipt only. For receipts exceeding PhP 30,000, only a maximum of
30 raffle entries (for cash transactions) and 60 raffle entries (for Mastercard transactions) shall
be given regardless of the total amount purchased.
5. Customers must present their receipts at the redemption booths mentioned to claim the raffle
coupon/s:
RAFFLE DRAWS & REDEMPTION OF PRIZES
1. Customers must legibly fill out the raffle stub with their complete name & address, birth date,
mobile number, e-mail address and affix signature and drop the raffle stub in any of the drop
boxes located at the redemption booths mentioned above.
2. There will be three draws and a total for 14 winners to win the following prizes:

3. A participant can only win in the raffle once. If a name wins more than once in a draw date
he/she will get the prize of higher value.
4. The winner shall be notified via registered mail, phone and e-mail. Announcement of the
winners will be made via the Araneta Center website (www.aranetacenter.net), the Araneta
Center’s official Facebook Page, and mall posters.
5. Non-winning entries after each draw will be included in the succeeding draw.
6. Winners must claim their prizes at the 25th Floor Marketing Department, Gateway Tower,
Araneta Center, Quezon City from Mon – Fri 10:00AM – 4:00PM. Upon presentation of
registered mail, raffle claim stub with any 2 valid government issued ID.
7. Winners shall allow himself / herself to be featured in any and all publicity materials connected
to the promo.
8. Prizes are transferable but cannot be converted to cash.
9. Prizes not claimed after 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Araneta
Center with prior approval of DTI.
10. International vacation packages are valid within 6 months from date of issue. Package and any
unused services are non-refundable and not valid for travel during peak periods. (Christmas,
New Year, Chinese New year, All Saints day, Holy week and festivities of place)
11. Araneta Center shall shoulder 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P 10,000. However, incidental
charges (if any) and other charges (such as but not limited to: insurance, terminal fees, travel -
airline taxes, visa & passport processing, additional baggage, cancellation fee, rebooking of
flight and hotel/resort reservations subject to penalties and additional fare and tax, etc.) shall
be shoulder by the winners.
12. Araneta Center employees, sponsor, agency personnel, its sister companies, lessees, staff
members and their relatives up to the2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified
from joining the raffle promo.
