The Final Placements of MBA-IInd year

students (2016-2018 Batch) at the
University Business School (UBS),
Panjab University, Chandigarh has shown
not only a significant but a remarkable
increase in salary packages-with Highest
Salary offered to any single student
increasing to Rs 46 Lakh/annum (from
Rs 15 Lakh/annum last year i.e for
2015-2017 Batch).
The average salary of the outgoing batch has increased to Rs 9
Lakh/annum (from Rs 7.58 Lakh/annum last year i.e. for
2015-2017 Batch). The job profile offered to outgoing UBS
students has also improved. I am confident that this trend
would continue in 2019 final placements and there would be a
significant increase in salary packages for our students of
2017-2019 Batch. All this has happened because of several
measures taken by UBS Faculty towards improvement and
strengthening of the MBA program, and I firmly believe that
this would surely get reflected in improved NIRF rankings of
UBS for 2019.
