Chairperson’s Message

The Summer Placements of MBA 2017-2019 Batch, at the University

Business School (UBS),Panjab University, Chandigarh has shown
significant improvement over last year. Our students have been
placed in leading organisations in the corporate world. This year
apart from the trust shown by our loyal recruiters, more than 15
new recruiters have shown their faith in the ability of our students.

I take this opportunity to thank all the recruiters and stake holders.
I also congratulate the placement team for their hardwork and
round the clock efforts. I am sure that our students would perform
exceedingly well during summer placement assignments, and I
hope to see many more Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) during the
final placement for 2017-2019 batch.

It brings me immense pleasure to inform that University Business School, Panjab University,
Chandigarh for the batch 2017-19, has received an enthusiastic participation from the
corporate world. We have witnessed a wide array of companies offering key profiles in
significant numbers. We bid and hope our students acquire adequate learning experience
through these summer internships, which will contribute to their overall business acumen
and character building.

It's time to thank all the stakeholders involved in the process as without their unconditional
support and help, this process would not have been completed effectively. We would
likewise wish to offer our heartfelt gratitude to all the recruiters who exhibited immense
