 INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please bring original payment receipt of application fee along with this call-letter with your recent passport size
photograph firmly pasted on it when you come for the examination. Candidates without photograph on the call-letter will not be permitted to
appear for the examination. A copy of the payment receipt should be retained with you for future reference, submitting the original payment
receipt with call letter.
2. A booklet giving information about the type of test you will be taking is available on the website. Download the same and study this booklet
carefully.
3. You must bring two HB pencils, one ball point pen, one eraser and one pencil sharpener with you.
4. Please do not bring books, written notes, loose sheets, calculator, cell phones etc. in the examination hall. Any candidate found resorting to
any unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct while appearing at the examination including giving / receiving help to / from any
candidate during the test would be disqualified.
5. Before coming for the written examination, please ensure that you are eligible according to the eligibility criteria stipulated in the
Advertisement/Notification. If you are not eligible, your candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment. Please note that even if
you qualify in the written examination and subsequently it is found that you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria, your candidature will be
cancelled.
6. You are advised to report at the examination venue 30 minutes before the time of the examination as printed on this call-letter. Candidates
arriving late will not be admitted.
7. The test booklet and answersheets supplied to the candidates must be returned intact to the invigilator. Any candidate trying to tamper /
take them away or found in unauthorised possession is likely to be prosecuted.
8. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to their selection/recruitment
shall be considered as DISQUALIFICATION.
9. You must follow the instructions given by the Test Administrators and the Invigilator in the examination. Candidates found violating these
instructions will be disqualified and/or may be asked to leave the examination hall.
10. Candidates will have to appear for the written examination at their own cost.
11. You may please note that this call-letter does not constitute an offer of employment.
12. Please check the accuracy of the information as regards name, address printed on the call letter. In case of any discrepancy,
you are requested to indicate the same on this Call letter and hand over at the time of examination. You may appear in the
examination with the Call Letter downloaded by you and you need not send any correspondence indicating the corrections.
Please also write your correct name on the answersheet at the time of examination.
