Transcript Reflection
Merced High is the home of scholars and champions. I am a student athlete, I played

soccer all four years of attending Merced High and played basketball my sophomore year. Being

a student athlete holds onto the responsibility of working hard, both on the field or court, and on

school work. My four-year transcript shows my capability of being able to balance my school

work with my sports. I have worked hard on my academics and maintained a grade point average

of 3.1. My greatest strength in my school work is my R.O.P. Medical Technologies class. Taking

this class gave me a good pathway and head start for my career. I am certified and trained in vital

signs, Blood Borne Pathogens, HIPAA, OSHA, First Aid, and CPR. With these abilities, I have a

good push in the medical field and getting the feel of it. Being an x-ray technician is my goal in

life.

My weakness in school would be my math courses. I have always struggled in math, and

overcame my weakness with studying more than my other courses and getting to comprehend

and understand the lessons that are being taught and the information that I need to know for my

tests. If I can go back, I would retake my math courses to get better grades because now I have

the ability of seeing my mistakes and going over them to see what I did wrong and obtain the

information needed to help me on the tests to get a better grade in that course. If someone were

to see my attendance they would see that i am dedicated to my work and my grades also reflect

on how hard I work.
