Active Set Details

Reference Reference cell to which the uplink frame transmission is


defined. Uplink transmission frame timing is defined with ref-
erence to the downlink frame timing of the reference cell.

Spread Delay Spread (maximum position difference between the

the range of the PN circle [0, 38400*8-1]

Finger ID Finger ID, 0 to 11

Lock Locked means the finger energy is above certain threshold

TPC Idx Radio links with the same FING_TPC have TPC bits that for
the UE are the same. This is the ID of the TPC combiner to
use, from 0 to 5, 0xFF not applicable. The TPC_IDX field is
only valid when the UE is in soft handover.

CPICH OVSF The OVSF code of the CPICH that this finger is using for
demodulation (0 for primary CPICH)

Pos Finger PN position; unsigned quantity that shall not exceed

Lock Finger lock bits – Combiner lock status of the finger:


● 0x01 Lock Detection State – Shows whether finger
RSSI is > high threshold regardless of whether the
given type of lock is enabled
● 0x02 Time Tracking Lock – Shows when time tracking
lock is enabled, that finger RSSI > upper lock threshold
● 0x04 Data Combining Lock – Shows when data com-
bining lock is enabled, that finger RSSI > upper lock
threshold
● 0x08 Power Control Bit Lock – Shows when data com-
bining lock is enabled, that finger RSSI > power control
bit threshold

CPICH Div Indicator for the diversity:


● True – Diversity pilot available (STTD)
● False – No diversity pilot (No STTD)

CPICH Ec/Io Div CPICH energy for the diversity arm
