 Taught one or two high school students with disabilities how to effectively work at a Kent State campus job
 Formed task analyses over the 5-week job placements to track students’ independence at job tasks
 Wrote detailed case notes on performance and sent to students’ teachers
 Implemented different visual aids to build independence for students

 Acted as a co-counselor to five children ages 4-10 on the autism spectrum
