* Assists and supports in the implementation of compensation and benefits progpram and other
employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position
Experience:
Will be in-charge with the Head Office timekeeping, checking Overtime, tardiness &
undertime
Facilitate the processing of employees SSS & Pag-ibig loan
Process Employees update at BIR nd in-charge in getting new employees TIN
Facilitate the processing & computation of employees SSS maternity & Sickness benefits
Incharge in routing employees clearance
Facilitate the enrollment of newly hired employees at the biometrics and giving door
access
Take charge of the issuance of newly regularized employees ID
Minimum Qualifications:

Implements the approved HR plans and program by delivering the following HR services:
Required skills: Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Timekeeping
Has ability to perform assigned tasks and duties with minimum supervision
Receives and assists employees on their payroll concerns and handles generation of
report for payroll adjustments.
Handles the attendance monitoring
Monitors time keeping and payroll
Monitors and updates employees profile on Government agencies such as SSS, Pag-ibig,
Philhealth, Pag-Ibig and BIR.
Monitors and updates employees profile in payroll; system master file.
