Closure of the meeting to allow parishioners present to speak on any matters relating to
the Parish.
3 Minutes: To consider the approval of the Minutes of the Meeting of the Parish Council held on
Thursday, 15th March 2018 (copy attached)

a) To consider and APPROVE any payments notified in writing prior to the meeting.
b) To receive notification of receipts received.
c) To Confirm the External Audit Declarations
d) To receive the End of year Finances
