PROCEDURE
Introduction
As they come in from changing: Warm Up will be included in the video
Low-Management Time:
Transition to Body: Bring everyone in and very quickly explain what today will
look like

Learning Activity #1: Shawn T Cize Video
The students will be working on their physical fitness and their dance skills to a
work out video. This video will direct the students what to do and work with them
to build a dance.

I will be walking around and supervising and participating with the students
making sure they are understanding and participating.

Closure
Consolidation/Assessment of Learning:
The students will be required to do an exit slip for me to conclude our class.
They will be asked about their physical fitness and how they feel todays class
impacted (ie., did they have a good workout) (they will be given a sheet to fill out
for me.
Transition to Next Lesson: Tomorrow we are going to be doing our presentations.
The morning we will practice, then the second half we will be presenting
