Brewing Operational Services & New Equipments regarding microbreweries. With a vast
clientage & experience in this field for over 6 years now, we specialize in the field of
Microbrewery services in & across India.

We have our own team of skilled & experienced Engineers & Brewers for providing
complete technical & brewing services across India.

We are also importing & supplying brewing ingredients such as Malts, Hops, Yeast &

T&C

1. Delivery of material within 3 months from booking of order subject to payment.

2. Standard installation period for microbrewery is 30 days conditional to all
infrastructure & requirements complete
3. The microbrewery will carry a 1 year onsite warranty against any manufacturing
defect from the date of delivery of all equipment to site.
4. Installation will include fitting, piping, electrical of all tanks in the brewery area with
material. Installation of refrigerating unit with gas ( copper pipes & wall fitting stands
extra ).

5. Customer will have to provide drainage, water connection mains upto brewery, mains
MCCB 100 amp 3 phase in brewery area, lighting & exhaust chimney in brewery,
fitting place for outdoor refrigeration unit with stands, glycol for glycol tank, raw
material for brewing, lab equipments
6. Any material or equipment required extra or of extra capacity as mentioned in quote
will be chargeable extra.
7. Any cosmetic makeover for brewery fittings will be extra & will be chargeable
exclusive.
8. Installation will be completed & brewery will be tested by water brew test
irrespective of excise licence as & when available.
9. We shall in no way be responsible for any licencing work from excise for the brewery.
10. Further discussions & clarifications can be done on final agreement/contract.
11. Payment 50% advance, 20% on equipment ready for delivery in our works, 20% on
equipment delivery onsite, balance 10% on start up & test brew.

Brewing operations for 1st year = Rs.6,00,000
Total Package cost = Rs.33,00,000 + GST
GST extra as applicable will be chargeable apart from these amounts
