    An Act of the Scottish Parliament to amend the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening
    Communications (Repeal) (Scotland) Act 2017.

    1 Repeal of section 3
    Section 3 of the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Repeal)
    (Scotland) Act 2017 (football clubs to prepare sectarianism report) is repealed.

    2 Commencement
    This Act comes into force on the day of Royal Assent.

    3 Short title
    The short title of this Act is the Football (Abolition of Sectarianism Reports) (Scotland)
    Act 2018.
