Evidence of pass(es) in Knowledge of Life in the UK and English language test

Completed Current Application forms
Completed payment slip, for your payment to the Home Office
Evidence of Residency Status (i.e. passport(s) or travel document(s)
Evidence of Permanent Residency
Marriage and full birth certificate(s) with translations if appropriate
Evidence of address, i.e. utility bill or bank statement, if appropriate
Spouse�s passport or birth certificate, if appropriate
Home office fees, these can be paid by cheque, credit or debit card
