TCSQ Wedding Contract
Official contract for the personal services of The Cedar String Quartet, herein called ARTIST, on the engagement described below, made
this date ___________________ between the undersigned purchaser(s) of services, herein called PURCHASER(S). ARTIST is engaged on
the terms and conditions hereof, and PURCHASER(S) agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions.

8. Deposit: $25, non-refundable, to be paid with the return of contract. Event date is not reserved until we receive your deposit.
This will be deducted from the total.
9. Payment: PURCHASER(S) will mail a check for ______________ at least one week prior to the ceremony date. Checks should be
written to The Cedar String Quartet, and sent to the address below.
10. Equipment: PURCHASER(S) shall provide one chair, without arms, for each member of the ensemble, as well as adequate lighting
and performance space for the ARTIST, with a clear view of the sanctuary. If outdoors, PURCHASER(S) will provide a shade tent.
ARTIST will provide music stands.
11. Weather: In the event of inclement weather, which includes tornado warnings, blizzard or flood conditions, or if it is truly unsafe to
drive, the ARTIST will not attend and the PURCHASER(S) will be refunded. Deposit is non-refundable.
12. Cancellation: If the PURCHASER(S) cancels the event, the ARTIST will need at least two weeks (14 days) notice or the
PURCHASER(S) will still be responsible to pay the full balance. Deposit is non-refundable.
