teamwork, problem solving and leadership. I believe that a good
employee should be able to work well with everyone they are
surrounded by. During my 5 years of technical theatre experience I have
strengthened my teamwork abilities, and easily adapt to working with
new people in different situations. When working in technical theatre
and in my schools leadership program my problem solving skills have also
been enhanced. As an employee I will be able to work in fast paced
environments and determine solutions for the problems I will be faced
with. These teamwork and problem solving skills along with my
volunteering experience and my three years of partaking in my schools
leadership classes have developed my qualities as a leader. I am able to
take charge when a situation calls for it and make informed decisions
based on the information that is available.
