Authorization to Release Escrowed Funds

Undersigned, hereby authorizes and directs the Law Offices of Paul Strauss & Associates,
P.C. to release funds collected with regard to the above referenced matter which are
currently being held in the Attorney’s IOLTA escrow account.

Attorney has received check no. 500663882 in the amount of $3,900.00 from Old
Republic Title a copy of which is attached hereto. This amount is in satisfaction of the
recording costs of the amended documents and reimbursement of Attorney’s Fees up to
$3,500.00 (the “Reimbursement”).

The parties agree that the total Attorney’s Fees through October 7, 2013 are $4,300.00.
Of that amount $2,245.00 has already been paid by the Condominium and $1,855.00
remains outstanding. As a result, the amount of $1,855.00, out of the Reimbursement
shall be applied to outstanding fees. The remaining $1,645.00, out of the
Reimbursement, shall be returned to the Association as itemized below.
