Proposed solution:
1. There are 3 air cooled chillers of Carrier on roof of 1972.
o There are total no of 12 compressors out of which only 6 are working.
o The circulation pumps are working at 100% and were in poor condition.
o We should change compressor, condenser & circulation pump of the complete system.
2. There are 126 FCUs which are being changed and 60 FCUs are left to be changed, we can
recommend CCU.
Proposed Saving:
The estimated saving is 40%.
