Officer Reports

MEMBERSHIP EDUCATION: Some still haven’t finished their tests, and they need to.

SOCIAL SERVICE: Great job with the event yesterday.

SOCIAL: Bayou Bash is at Carolina Walk’s Rooftop, there will be brothers driving, catered by
Breakers, still working on band, business casual wear, sundresses for dates, it is a sober event.

ALUMNI/PARENTS RELATIONS: Bayou Bash will be this Saturday evening.

INTRAMURALS: Soccer lost this week, hockey lost this week but great seasons for both on the
whole.

TAILGATING: We got the spots in Memorial, trying to get a tent for the lots

Executive Officer Reports

PRESIDENT: Autism Awareness went well, AGD had a meeting with us, ADPi wishes to have future
events with us.

VICE-PRESIDENT: Pay $36 by May 1st for Insurance Fee.

TREASURER: DZ Paintball money needs to be collected, some people still need to pay pin fees.

SECRETARY: More Thank You cards will be sent out.

HISTORIAN: Absent.

Jeff from Nationals – Proud of Autism Awareness, focus on NEW MEMBERS, the three stars:
scholarship, fellowship, character. Education never stops. “Your Best Is Always Your Next
Better.” This was his final visit as a consultant for ATO.

GOOD OF THE ORDER: Among other things, our weekends were discussed. Jeff
Hazelrigs participated in his final Good of the Order as a National Consultant.
