The undersigned accused MARLON STOKCINGER for violation of The Anti-Violence

Against Women and Children as punished under Republic Act 9262, committed as follows:

That on or about the 12th day of September, 2014, in the City of

Muntinlupa, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the
said accused, as the husband of PIA WURTZBACH-STOCKINGER,
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, inflicted physical and sexual
violence, as well as economic, and psychological abuse against his
wife Pia Wurtzbach-Stockinger, as a result of deprivation financial
support and marital infidelity.
