EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE OF THE LATE JUAN RAMON GARCIA

RAMOS WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

That this extrajudicial settlement of the Estate of the Late Juan Ramon Garcia Ramos who died
on February 9, 2016, and executed by and among;

We Maria Lourdes R. Ramos (wife), Bernadette Anne R. Ramos (daughter), Rossana G. Ramos,
with Residence and Postal Address at 709 Sto. Tomas St., Sampaloc, Manila.

WITNESSETH

That the above-named parties are the surviving child and wife and legal Heirs of the late Juan
Ramon Garcia Ramos.

That we are the co-owner of a Memorial Lots located at Loyola Memorial Park Marikina City,
known as Garden Assumption Sec. I Blk 669 Lots A and B Re. Cont. No. 058219-7 under the name of
Ramon Garcia Ramos.

That for and inconsideration of a forgoing, we Lydia Maria Lourdes R. Ramos and Bernadette
Anne R. Ramos, have WAVED, ASSIGN and TRANSFERRED, and by these presents, interest and
participation over the above-mentioned lots in favor of our Co-Owner/sister-in-law, Rossana G. Ramos
of Legal Age, Filipino and Residing at 709 Sto. Tomas St., Sampaloc, Manila, his HEIRS successors and
assign the same, free from all liens and encumbrances.

That no personal properties are involved in this extrajudicial settlement.

That to the best of knowledge and information of the parties hereunto, the said deceased left
no debts;

That the parties hereunto being of legal age and with full civil capacity to contract, hereby these
presents agree to adjudicate among themselves that above-described portion in the Memorial Lot
equally pro-indiviso.

In WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties set their hands this April 20, 2018.
