Congratulations on the beginning of a fantastic summer at
Granger. This is your time to make new friends, network with
industry professionals and prepare for your future career.

• Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. As an intern, you have
the unique opportunity of experiencing the workplace as
a learning environment. You are expected to work to the
best of your ability, but you are not expected to know
everything. Ask questions and seek guidance when you
don’t understand.
