Dear Sir,

Kindly refer to your above ref. letter which I received on 06-02-2018 at 2 pm

and accordingly I reached biotech office at 3 pm. to meet the concerned committee.
This is to inform you that the committee members opened the room at 3:05 pm and
when we entered the room for handover process I was shocked to see that all the stuffs
were misplaced, room chairs were taken out and official files as well as other materials
which were kept safely inside locked almirah, drawer and file cabinet were taken out,
explored and scattered on the top of the front table. When I asked the committee
members how was this all been done then I got to know that the room was room was
investigated and explored in compliance to the order of Director UCB. Now this is
strictly objectionable, malafide and injustice that I was asked to handover the charge,
documents, equipments etc. hiding the fact that prior all documents and room stuffs
were taken out of locked almirah, drawer and file cabinet, explored and scattered
without even informing me, UPNL authorities or Secretary, Uttarakhand Council for
Biotechnology of this action. During the above course of action my personnel dairy, my
copy of official letters, my medical kit, my electronic testing kit, my screw driver set,
my training certificates, certain consumable items like pen drive, external hard-disk,
etc. were misplaced and not found. Although in compliance to your letter B.T/UCB,
Haldi, 2018/249 dated 01-02-2018, I handovered all dues and charges on the list
made by the committee members (Attachment 1).

In view of above kindly provide no dues certificate, experience certificate (in exact
format as given to Dr. Upendra Kumar), financial dues/ TA-DA dues at the earliest.
