    Senior Project Fieldwork Log

    You may use this template to track your fieldwork hours in service to your senior project. You are also
    welcome to create any alternate tracking system, but the key components included in this document
    must be present in whatever system you develop: fieldwork date range, a narrative description of work
    completed, an accounting of hours (both periodic and cumulative), and a means by which yourfieldwork
    can be periodically verified by your mentor.
