Dear Iesha Speaks:

Since being back from winter break I have eaten repeatedly at SoVi and for the most part
everything has been fine.

One thing I noticed though is that the mandarin oranges are looking a bit spotty. I have eaten a
few and they don’t taste bad, but I am concerned of its appearance as they did not look this way
before the break. I am unsure as to what the cause of their malformation would be and am
therefore interested in knowing whether or not it is something to be worried about.
All I am requesting is for you to take another look the next time you inspect the food items to
make sure everything is ok in the fruit section. I would also like to receive information as to what
could possibly be causing the unsightly appearance, is it mold, freezer burn, or maybe just a
chemical reaction being exposed to the open air?

I am looking forward to your reply, though I will bring up the issue to another staff member if a
response is not given within a couple of weeks. You can reach me by using my prefered contact
information above.

Thanks,

Caleb Renfrow
