BE Journal: Amiable – pleasant/friendly

3-8 Thursday Day 1:
During our travels back to the airport, I was being amiable by communicating with
a smile with the people I didn’t know who surrounded me. For example, the taxi
cab driver, the security at the airport, and the flight attendants on the plain.

3-9 Friday Day 2:

At work, I kept a positive friendly attitude towards the guests who came into our
store. I also treated my coworkers this way even though we were short staff and
busier than usual.

3-10 Saturday Day 3:

At work again, I was welcoming to guests, the problems they brought to our store,
and I was approachable and friendly to my coworkers as well.

3-11 Sunday Day 4:

Sunday I was welcoming to my friend who came into town. I offered to make him
dinner and to hear more about what he’s been doing with his life. Catching up.

3-12 Monday Day 5:

I had a conversation with a random person and was friendly, talking about a
commonality, and some interests. I didn’t stray away when almost bumping into
her, I held the door open, so she could come in after me, that’s how the
conversation started.

3-13 Tuesday Day 6:

Today I went into another Kwik Trip to get gasoline. I asked them how their day
was and had a smile on my face the whole time. I told them thank you and to have
a great day.

3-14 Wednesday Day 7:

I was very welcoming and friendly to my brother when he called and asked if he
could come talk to me about his thoughts. I was pleasant with a reaction.
