Has technology made the world a better place to live?

It is well known that technology nowadays is necessary for every
day life and most of the people need to use it in order to
fulfil their own responsibilities. On the other hand tech-
nology is not only used for solving problems and making
the life more bearable but also for cause damage and gen-
erate more problems. In that way are going to be shortly
discussed the advantages and disadvantages of technology.

On my opinion the actually generation of young people is abso-

lutely different in relation to technology than previous gen-
erations. For instance my generation did not know about
handy phones until we were seventeen years old. It was
not very common to see a young taking on handy,much
less taking a selfie, making a ’duck face’ or tagging un-
known friends to get their approval.

Furthermore, the technology has a lot of benefits such as the

chance to access academic information. For example books,
research data bases and documentaries.

On the whole technology is a tool that can be used to improve

the solving problem task but also can be used to cause
damage and it depends on decisions which kind of results
could be obtained. Nonetheless, a crucial point to take
advantage of technology is directly related to education.
It is the most important idea to instruct young people in
order to use the technology to build a better society.
