My Duties at State Farm included taking inbound calls and answering questions, as well
as providing quotes to our potential customers. It was a heavy sales environment, so I
was also responsible for sending out mailers, emails and thank you letters to the potential

were also responsible for meeting a variety of statistical requirements, which would then

Express. I also have a team role of assisting my supervisor to ensure all of our
