This is a personal letter of recommendation for Kaitlyn Gaddess. It has been

my pleasure getting to know Kaitlyn on a personal level for the past thirteen years,
as well, as a working level for the past two years. She started volunteer work at
Pacifica Senior Living Merced towards the end of August 2016.

As a volunteer to our community Kaitlyn has had to undergo training skills

in order to properly approach residents and situations. Kaitlyn learns very rapidly,
is extremely diligent, and thoroughly reliable. She came in knowing the basics of
senior activities, yet made an enormous progress as a community volunteer. She
has made a huge impact on our Senior Citizens here at Pacifica Senior Living
Merced. During her time volunteering she was entrusted in running events and or
activities on her own. The involvement from residents plays a huge factor in a
successful turnout and she has definitely motivated more seniors to participate
with her outgoing and upbeat attitude. She has the desire to learn and compassion
in understanding the patience and respect one needs to have working with the
disabled and memory impaired.

Kaitlyn also displaced great compassion, love and support when

volunteering for the Fires in the Mariposa Ca. and surrounding areas. She was
adamant to attend all of the functions and events being organized and ran for the
ones affected by the fires. Katiltyn demonstrates great qualities any employer or
organization would want on their team whether it’s a job or simply a volunteer.
