Letter of Recommendation: Samantha Bishop

Dear:

Samantha Bishop, has worked under my supervision since January 10, 2018 as a Nursing Student in the
4th semester Preceptorship program at the University of Arizona, College of Nursing. Samantha has done
her clinical’s at Tucson Medical Center, Tucson, Arizona on the Medical Intensive Care Unit. Samantha
has taken on 1-2 patients for this particular unit at times including: nursing leadership role as Shadowing
the Charge nurse and Nurse Educator and managing of her patients. During her rotation, Samantha
proved to be an efficient, hardworking, patient advocate and important team member. Not only did her
Preceptor but other staff members commented on her excellence when caring for her patients.

I was very impressed with Samantha’s ability to complete all work assigned to her in a timely and
professional manner. In addition, Samantha was very precise and thorough with all her work.

I highly recommend Samantha for whatever position she may decide to endeavor. She is a type of
person that anyone would enjoy to work be side.
