Summary

•Activities specifically included within the scope are: To integrate the planning of functional groups, resources and assets
across the Business Unit to achieve.
Ensure all activities in Operations, Maintenance, Well Intervention, Corrosion Team, Rig moves and Projects are captured in
Integrated Planning Process schedule. Close coordination with Operations, Maintenance Group, Facilities Engineers and
Contractors. Responsible for scheduling of Turnaround and shutdowns activities, Well construction and Intervention drilling
works. Capital upgrade and replacement activities on existing facilities. Identify critical activities that include production
losses, shutdown/shut-ins and high profile work. Participate safety, staff meetings and other meetings for the facilities.
Conduct planning meetings regularly with participation of Operations, Maintenance group and Contractors. Provide training
in Project Controls (Planning) related works for our Assistant Planners (Angolan National Employee).
PCD Head Office - Directly responsible to the compilation and summary of Project Management Control Reports from the
projects. Participate for Pre-construction scheduling works (Primavera, P3) on the stage bidding projects. Receiving Controls
Records/Maintenance of all Departmental Records and Equipment. Perform all other work assigned by the Project Controls
Manager.
Project Assignment – Assigned as a Sr. Planning & Scheduling in all scope of works in the contract (multi discipline). Duties
includes Coordination, Planning & Scheduling of works (Primavera, P3) to ensure profitable and timely compliance of Project
activity requirements. Responsible for project controls work in accordance with Clients requirements and standard MMG
project controls procedures. Prepare Construction Schedule with resource loading. Coordinate closely with Field Operations,
monitor progress and cost commitments/trends and analyse against the budget cost & man-hours, material deliveries. The
Management carefully evaluated the results of these reviews for subsequent action. Attend weekly progress meeting and
any other Client meetings as required in the project. Responsible for proper implementation of standard cost engineering
procedures and practices which includes, but not limited to: cost data gathering; monitoring and consolidation; cost data
analysis against the budget; forecasting of cost at project completion; cost monitoring of all material commitments and
subcontracts; man hours monitoring and quantity tracking for progress and productivity measurement; change orders
control; review of cost charging and reporting of incurred project revenues based on construction progress to MMG
management.
