Elizabeth did a great job linking real world applications into her teaching, especially in the area of social studies. She definitely grew to

Q15 Please comment on the teacher candidate's overall effectiveness of instructional planning.
Miss Rohr was easily able to handle planning effective lessons that met our 5th grade standards. She struggled initialy with realistic
timing for lessons and staying on pace, but was able to show a marked improvement as her time at Tallwood progressed. Our
classroom is large (27 students) so planning and implementing differentiation can be challenging but Miss Rohr was able to plan
instruction and deliver it at appropriate times.

Q21 Please comment on the teacher candidate's overall effectiveness in creating an environment conducive to
learning.
Elizabeth has faced quite a few challenges with my classroom. She has had students not respect her, students be disrespectful to her,
and student not listen to her. This has been a struggle and has been a point of frustration. Elizabeth has consistently dealt with
behavior issues with grace and consistency, even when it has been difficult. I have been very happy with how she has handled students
even when things have been hard or hurtful to her.

Q23 Please comment on the teacher candidate's professionalism throughout the period of observation.
Elizabeth worked well with school administrators and with other teachers on our grade level, especially when planning materials and
