Elizabeth did a great job linking real world applications into her teaching, especially in the area of social studies. She definitely grew to
know the age range of our students and was able to adapt her vocabulary and teaching style to meet those needs.

Miss Rohr was easily able to handle planning effective lessons that met our 5th grade standards. She struggled initialy with realistic
timing for lessons and staying on pace, but was able to show a marked improvement as her time at Tallwood progressed. Our
classroom is large (27 students) so planning and implementing differentiation can be challenging but Miss Rohr was able to plan
instruction and deliver it at appropriate times.

the students.

Elizabeth has faced quite a few challenges with my classroom. She has had students not respect her, students be disrespectful to her,
and student not listen to her. This has been a struggle and has been a point of frustration. Elizabeth has consistently dealt with
behavior issues with grace and consistency, even when it has been difficult. I have been very happy with how she has handled students
even when things have been hard or hurtful to her.

Elizabeth worked well with school administrators and with other teachers on our grade level, especially when planning materials and
lessons. She has worked hard to be respectful of others and to collaborate with other teachers as well as listen to other's ideas.

Miss Rohr planned and ran 2 guided reading groups based on data gathered and current reading levels.. These groups were run like
"book club" where students were asked to answer basic standards styled questions as well as creative type questions to help develop
their vocabulary and broad based thinking skills.
