APPLICATION FOR RELEASING STOLEN ARTICLES ON

SUPERDARI TO THE APPLICANT/COMPLAINANT

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:-

1. That the applicant namely Atia Khurheed D/O Dr.

Khursheed Anwar aged about 24 years R/O G-11,
Abul Fazal Enclave, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New
Delhi-25, is an architect by profession and is
complainant in the above captioned case.

2. That on 24.09.2016 at around 08.00pm, while the

applicant was coming from Johri Farm and no
sooner when the applicant reached in front of
Jamat-e-Islami Hind near Hotel River view,
between Thokar No.3 & 4, Abul Fazal Enclave,
three boys came on a black bike and snatched
the applicant's bag containing Aadhar Card,
ATM, cash, 1 Segate Hard Disk (1tb) and a
Mobile (Lenovo Zuk Zi: having IMEI Nos.
865374022152592 and 865374022152600).

3. That the incident was reported to the police

and the case was registered via FIR
No.1036/2016 under sections 356/379/34 of IPC.

4. That as per the information received by the
Investigation officer of this case, the
snatchers were arrested and articles stolen
have been taken into custody by the police.

5. That the applicant requires the articles for

her daily use.

6. That the applicant undertakes to produce the

articles as and when required by this
Hon’ble Court.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that the

abovementioned articles may kindly be ordered to be
released on superdari to the applicant.
