HOTEL RULES

 Customer shall be responsible for his guests’ activities and behaviour and shall be answerable for any resulting
damage and wrongdoings;
 Management shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to the personal belongings of the
customers/guests.
 The following penalty applies for cancellation of paid reservations
10 % if made 30 days before ;
50 % if made 15 days before ;
75 % if made 5 days before ;
No refund if less than 5 days;
 Check in time is 2pm and check out is 12nn.
 Full payment is required upon check in.
 If you wish to bring in foods corkage fee shall be applied.
 Rice cookers /Electric stove/LPG tanks are not allowed inside the room.
 Additional person costs 500.00 per head(with extra mattress).
 For hotel guests, swimming pools open at 6:00Am until 11Pm.
 For day tour, swimming starts at 6:00Am until 5:00Pm.
 Beach side opens at 6:00Am and closes at 7:00Pm.
 Pools are open until 12mn , resumes at 6am
 Videoke cut-off time is only until 10pm.
 Kids 3 years old below are free of charge.
 Kubos and other amenities have charges.
 Restaurant opens from 7:00 Am until 9 pm
 Guests who will avail of watersports activities are required to sign for a waiver.
 Only small pets are allowed inside the resort (wastes must be manageable).
