RESOURCE DESCRIPTION
Give a brief description of the technology/resource.

This source can be shown on a projector, but other students can also access the presentation through their laptops or phones.
The presentation is set up with slides. Students have the option of customizing their slides by adding videos as well as interactive
activities for the class. These can include open-response questions, polls, flashcards, and an area where other people can draw a
response. Other students would access the presentation through a code the speaker would have.

INTEGRATION IDEA - PRESENTATION

How might you use this resource in a lesson plan to promote students’ presentation/speaking/communication skills?

This resource would enhance a student’s presentation skills by teaching them how to interact with their audience and keeping
their audience actively engaged. Students would also learn how to collect live feedback from their audience through the activities
offered on Nearpod. Students also have more options on how they wish to present their topic by having it be interactive with the
audience. Likewise, the audience could better understand the presentation if they can see it on their personal devices.
