Objective
To show the skills and experiences I possess in hopes of obtaining a job in the field of Mass
Communications.

Experience
WSLS 10, NBC Affiliate of Roanoke, VA June-August 2014
Interned in the Creative Services department. Created multiple commercials that were run on the air.
Wrote and revised scripts for multiple commercials. Helped with camera work for commercials and
promotional videos.

Highlands Fellowship January-April 2018

Interned with the creative team for Highlands Fellowship Church in Abingdon, VA. Created publications
for print, assembled videos, and shot footage.

Education
Arnold R. Burton Center for Arts and Technology August 2010-June 2014
Enrolled in the Mass Communications program in which I received college credit through Virginia Western
Community College. Used hands-on activities to learn skills in broadcasting, video editing, and design.

Emory & Henry College August 2014-May 2018

Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a B.A. in Mass Communications with minors in Business
Management and Psychology.

Skills
Extensive knowledge with all Adobe Creative Suites Applications. Work well with others and learn quickly.
Great communication skills and take constructive criticism well. Eagerness to learn and willingness to try
new things.
