We have training programs for improving behavior and competency as well as training
for qualification. There are also off-JT programs whereby some members of the staff will
teach the others three or four times every month in the facility. After obtaining
qualification as a kaigofukushishi, you will receive a qualification allowance of 3,000 yen.
Other Descriptions
Based on the nursing theory of Florence Nightingale, we aim to understand and practice
care scientifically. We clearly present the purpose of care "to improve life with the
minimized consumption of vitality " and carry out care. With regard to what is best at
this moment, for instance, "how to take a bath", we pursue "what is care" while
exchanging opinions with professionals. We also aim to develop human resources
