Vendor: AWON OMO JUDGE of NO. 18 Oke – Alafia, Osun Road, Atikori, Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State.
Purchaser: ALOBALOKE ADEKOLA OLUWATOYIN of 49A. Moborode Street, Asigidi Road, Oke-
Agbo, Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State.
Land: A Block of Farmland which is being known and lying at Tolobaloke Village, Oke Sopin, Ijebu
Igbo, Ogun State.
Amount: (N60,000.00) Sixty thousand naira only.
Boundary: On the 1st side (Front) by Ariyalo Adekalo & Bisi Alobaloke Farmland
On the 2nd side (Back) by Iya Alake Stream
On the 3rd side (Right) by Baba Seri Mondi Farmland
On the 4th side (Left) by Sunday Adagbaye Farmland.
This agreement is made this day 9th April, 2018 to certify that I, the undersigned Vendor being the absolute
owner of the above described parcel of Farmland have this day for the sum of (N60,000.00); Sixty thousand
naira only sold and transfer same Farmland to the purchaser.
That the purchaser on payment of (N60,000.00) Sixty thousand naira only the acknowledged price of the
Farmland to the Vendor, the Farmland is hereby shown and delivered to him free from any encumbrances.
That the Vendor interest on the said Farmland henceforth ensure for the benefits of and hereby vested in the
purchaser, his heir executors, personal representation, Administration and Assign.
In agreement to the above, the Vendor, the purchaser and their witnesses hereby witnesseth their hands to
testify the fact.
