Bosnia and Herzegovina national “A” team is about to start a new qualifying cycle for the
world’s largest football event.
Historic result was achieved two years ago when we qualified for the World Cup in Brazil,
and now it’s everyone’s wish to repeat that success and watch our team play at the 2018
World Cup in Russia.
We believe we have the quality to make that happen, but we’re only at the beginning and
that path won’t be easy. On September 6th we welcome our opponents from Estonia at
the stadium Bilino Polje in Zenica, and we can certainly expect an attractive match.
I’d like to wish our guests a pleasant stay in Bosnia, and I also invite our fans to come to
Zenica and support our team, and in the spirit of good sports and respect to all players
act as our twelfth player.
FFBIH president,
Elvedin Begic
