Reflection about Workshop Lesson plan

This observation is my first time I do the workshop for another people, and this

workshop I did to the teachers and the principle in the Al Baram kindergarten. I So this

experience is more important to listen to their advice, and to their opinion. What I did well

for this workshop is prepare well before starts that include the materials for the activity,

design it by showing them the model of how it will be as a final project to finish design the

letter. Also, I prepare the table to put my staff and welcome to the teacher to listen to my

workshop and take their feedback about it.

What the problem I found with workshop is the teachers didn't understand well

about the workshop and why I did this. In this way, I found the problem and

misunderstanding about it, and it makes a big problem for me, principle, and my MCT

collages. In this way, I will work hard about it, and for next time I explain well about the

meaning of workshop and what I will do correctly to avoid any problem while I present my

work.
