LACEnano USER MANUAL (ENG)

Thank you for expressing your support by buying your very own LACEnano.

The LACEnano is a brushless rotary tattoo machine with magnetic drive, so it will feel a lot like a coil machine but without the hassle and the weight. It is also
the lightest tattoo machine in the world weighing in at only 46g/1.6oz.

POWER SUPPLY
The lacenano needs a special power supply that comes with every machine. This is because of the brushless motor. The LACEnano will not work with standard
power supplies (actually they might hurt the machine so don’t try it) and other tattoo machines will not work with the LACEnano power supply.

You also get an international wallwart in the kit; it has 3 interchangeable wall plugs for when you go to conventions abroad.
The Power supply is pretty self explanatory; all the connections are different from each other, so there is no way of plugging things in the wrong way. The knob
controls the speed of the machine from 2500 RPM to 8000 RPM (42 Hz to 133 Hz ). This an absolute control in that the power supply with automatically adjust
the voltage if the load increases (if you push harder or put on a bigger needle). So no more guessing and adjusting the voltage.

In the picture bellow are the front and rear panel of the power supply; You plug the wall wart in to port A, your footswitch into port B and the machine into port
C. D is the RPM control knob.

THE MACHINE
The LACEnano has a chuck that will take any standard 8mm tube/grip. It will
not crush the tube like some other guillotine type tube holding mechanisms
do.
This being a magnetic drive machine, it will not work well with cartridge
needles (much like coil machines don’t because of the magnetic transfer of
force) for this reason we do not support the use of cartridge needles (and
they make any machine’s hit less pronounced so you really shouldn’t use
them).

The settings are really simple and can be done on the fly without any tools
and while tattooing using just your fingers. The point here is to control the
position of the magnet on the armature bar in relation to the one spinning
on the motor.

The upper thumbnut (2) controls the hit (you adjust it up for a harder hit and
down for a softer hit.

The lower thumbnut (3) controls the stroke (you increase the stroke by
moving it down and decrease the stroke by moving it up.

The jack (1) is where you plug in the LACEnano power cable.

It is best to use a thin, small diameter rubber band (4). Hook it on the
backpost, stretch it over the needle and go around the machine to hook it on
the backpost from the other side as seen in the diagram.

The machine might get hot, if you run it at full speed and with a hard hit for long periods of time without any brakes. This is not a problem for the machine, but
it might be too hot for your hands if you touch it right away. For this reason we advise you to use a tattoo pedal that turns off everytime you remove your foot
so the machine has a few seconds to cool off. Also; make sure to give it a few moments after you are done tattooing before you touch it. This phenomena is
common in coil machines and the reason for it is the high power of the machine. A small rotary will not get so hot, because it only has a 5w motor, but coils
produce much more power (and heat) and the LACEnano has a 40w motor, so it does give off some heat.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

The LACEnano was designed to be a really low maintenance machine. You can lube the bearings with a drop of light machine oil from time to time if you wish
but it’s not really necessary. If you are going to clean it in an autoclave, then we advise using an autoclave grade lubricant (you can get it at dental supply
shops – in fact; the bearings on the LACEnano are dental machine bearings).

You can clean the whole machine (including the motor) in an autoclave sterilizer at up to 135°C. Or If you don’t have one you can use any standard cleaner and
disinfectant that you use for your other tattoo machines.

NETZGERÄT
Die LACEnano benötigt ein spezielles Netzgerät, das mit jeder Maschine zusammen geliefert wird. Grund ist der bürstenlose Motor. Die LACEnano läuft nicht
mit Standard- Netzgeräten (diese können die Maschine sogar beschädigen, also probieren Sie es bitte nicht aus). Umgekehrt laufen andere
Tätowiermaschinen nicht mit dem LACEnano- Netzgerät.

Im Kit enthalten ist zudem ein internationales Steckernetzteil mit 3 austauschbaren Steckern, die sich beispielsweise bei Conventions im Ausland als nützlich
erweisen werden.
Das Netzgerät erklärt sich weitgehend selbst; alle Verbindungen unterscheiden sich voneinander, so dass es unmöglich ist, etwas verkehrt anzuschließen. Der
Drehzahl-Regler steuert die Geschwindigkeit der Maschine – von 2500 U/min. bis 8000 U/min. (42 Hz bis 133 Hz). Dabei handelt es sich um eine absolute
Steuerung: Das Netzgerät passt die Spannung automatisch an, wenn die Belastung steigt (etwa, wenn Sie mehr Druck ausüben oder zu einer größeren Nadel
wechseln). Also Schluss mit Rätselraten und dauerndem Korrigieren der Spannung.

In dem Bild unten sehen Sie die Vorder- und Rückseite des Netzgeräts. Verbinden Sie das Steckernetzteil mit Anschluss A, Ihren Trittschalter mit Anschluss B,
und die Maschine mit Anschluss C. D ist der Drehzahl-Regler.

DIE MASCHINE
Das Spannfutter der LACEnano nimmt jeden Standard-8 mm-Tube/-Griff
auf. Anders als manche andere Tube-Halterungen dieser Art zerquetscht es
den Tube dabei nicht. Weil die Maschine über einen Magnetantrieb verfügt,
läuft sie nicht gut mit Nadel- Cartridges; wie auch bei Spulenmaschinen
sorgt hier die magnetische Kraftübertragung für Probleme. LACEnano
unterstützt daher keine Nadel-Cartridges. Da Cartridges die Schlagkraft
jeder Maschine reduzieren, raten wir zudem prinzipiell von ihnen ab.

Die LACEnano ist äußerst einfach einzustellen. Alle Einstellungen können

während des Tätowierens vorgenommen werden – Sie brauchen dazu kein
Werkzeug, sondern nur Ihre Finger. Mit den beiden Verstellrädern ändern Sie
die Position des Magneten auf dem Armature Bar (Hammer) relativ zur
Position des Magneten, der auf dem Motor rotiert.

Das obere Verstellrad (2) steuert die Schlagkraft. Passen Sie es nach oben
an, um die Schlagkraft zu erhöhen, oder nach unten, um die Schlagkraft zu
verringern.

Das untere Verstellrad (3) steuert den Hub. Indem Sie es nach unten
bewegen, vergrößern Sie den Hub; bewegen Sie es nach oben, verringern Sie
den Hub.

Die Maschine kann heiß werden, wenn sie für längere Zeit auf Hochtouren und mit hoher Schlagkraft läuft. Dies beeinträchtigt zwar die Funktion der Maschine
nicht, bedeutet aber eventuell, dass Sie sie nicht gefahrlos berühren können. Wir empfehlen daher den Einsatz eines Tätowier-Trittschalters, der die Maschine
abstellt, wenn Sie Ihren Fuß heben. So hat die Maschine einige Sekunden Zeit zum Abkühlen. Lassen Sie die Maschine außerdem auf jeden Fall einige
Momente abkühlen, ehe Sie sie nach dem Tätowieren berühren. Wegen ihrer hohen Leistung zeigen Spulenmaschinen häufig eine starke Hitzeentwicklung. Eine
kleine Rotary heizt sich nicht so stark auf, weil sie nur über einen 5 W-Motor verfügt. Spulen produzieren jedoch viel mehr Strom (und Wärme), und die
LACEnano hat einen 40 W-Motor, der entsprechend viel Wärme abgibt.

WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG

Die LACEnano ist äußerst wartungsarm. Sie können die Lager ab und zu mit einem Tropfen leichtes Maschinenöl schmieren, wenn Sie möchten, aber es ist
eigentlich nicht notwendig. Wenn Sie die Maschine in einem Autoklav reinigen, empfehlen wir ein spezielles, Autoklav-geeignetes Schmiermittel. Sie erhalten
solche Mittel im Dentalbedarf (auch die Lager der LACEnano stammen aus der Dentaltechnik).

Sie können das gesamte Gerät (einschließlich des Motors) bei bis zu 135 °C in einem Autoklav sterilisieren. Wenn Sie keinen Autoklav besitzen, können Sie
jedes Standard-Reinigungsmittel oder -Desinfektionsmittel verwenden, das Sie für Ihre anderen Tätowiermaschinen nutzen.

Grazie per aver acquistato la vostra LACEnano.

La LACEnano è una macchina rotativa senza spazzole e con azionamento magnetico, simile quindi alle macchinette a bobina, ma senza pesare così tanto.
LACEnano è infatti la rotativa più leggera al mondo e pesa solo 46 grammi.

ALIMENTATORE
Per via del motore senza spazzole, la LACEnano richiede uno speciale alimentatore che viene fornito con ogni macchinetta. La LACEnano non funziona con gli
alimentatori standard (potrebbero danneggiare la macchinetta) e viceversa altre macchinette per tatuaggio non funzioneranno con l’alimentatore LACEnano.

Nel kit è incluso un adattatore internazionale con tre prese intercambiabili per agevolarvi durante le convention all’estero. L’alimentatore è intuitivo; tutte le
connessioni sono diverse, quindi non c’è il rischio di sbagliare e connettere cavi in maniera errata.

La manopola regola la velocità della macchinetta da 2500 RPM (giri al minuto) a 8000 RPM (da 42 Hz a 133 Hz). L’alimentatore esercita un elevato controllo in
quanto autoregola il voltaggio se aumenta il carico (ad esempio se viene esercitata troppa pressione o se montate un ago grande). Dunque, nessun dubbio sul
voltaggio da scegliere!

L’immagine riportata in basso, rappresenta fronte/retro dell’alimentatore. Il trasformatore va nell’attacco A, il pedale va nell’attacco B, la macchinetta
nell’attacco C. La manopola D regola i RPM.

LA MACCHINETTA
La LACEnano ha un mandrino che tiene ogni tubo/grip standard da 8mm. Il
tubo non viene schiacciato (con il rischio di rompersi) come in altri
meccanismi a ghigliottina. La macchinetta ha un motore magnetico, per cui
la resa non sarà ideale con aghi a cartuccia (per via del trasferimento di
forza, come nelle macchinette a bobina). Per questo motivo, e perché la
battuta con cartuccia è meno decisa di quella con un ago tradizionale, ne
sconsigliamo fortemente l’uso.

Le impostazioni sono molto semplici e possono essere regolate mentre si

tatua. E’possibile controllare la posizione del magnete sull’armature bar in
relazione al magnete che fa girare il motore.

Il galletto superiore (2) controlla la battuta (da regolare verso l’alto per una
battuta più dura, verso il basso per una battuta più leggera).

Il galletto in basso (3) controlla la barra (si aumenta la lunghezza della barra
muovendola verso il basso e si diminuisce la lunghezza muovendola verso
l’alto).

Il jack (1) è dove va inserito il cavo dell’alimentatore LACEnano.

La macchinetta potrebbe surriscaldarsi, specialmente se tenuta alla massima velocità e con battuta forte per lungo tempo senza pause. Questo non comporta
nessun rischio per la macchinetta, ma potrebbe non essere comodo lavorare con un dispositivo surriscaldato tra le mani. Vi consigliamo dunque l’uso di un
pedale a pressione, per permettere alla macchinetta di raffreddarsi anche solo per qualche secondo. Inoltre, dopo aver tatuato, assicuratevi di lasciarla
raffreddare per qualche secondo prima di toccarla ancora. Questo fenomeno è comune nelle macchinette a bobina, per via della loro alta potenza. Also; make
sure to give it a few moments after you are done tattooing before you touch it. Una piccola rotativa non si surriscalda così tanto, per il semplice motivo che il
suo motore è da 5w, e poiché le bobine producono più potenza (ergo calore) è più facile che la LACEnano si surriscladi avendo un motore da 40w.

MANTENIMENTO E PULIZIA
La LACEnano è stata progettata per richiedere un mantenimento minimo. Di tanto in tanto, se lo desiderate, si possono lubrificare i cuscinetti con una goccia di
olio leggero per automobili , tuttavia questo procedimento non è neccessario. Se utilizzate l’autoclave come metodo di pulizia per la macchinetta, allora
raccomandiamo di usare un lubrificante compatibile con il lavaggio in autoclave (può essere reperito presso rivenditori di articoli per dentisti, non a caso I
cuscinetti sono gli stessi a uso odontoiatrico).

E’ possibile pulire la macchinetta in autoclave fino a 135°C, o in alternativa si possono usare i detergenti e i disinfettanti standard usati per le altre macchinette

Le LACEnano est une machine rotative avec un moteur magnétique sans ailettes, qui ressemble ainsi à une machines à bobines mais sans le poids ni les
possibles tracas. Elle est également la machine la plus légère dans le monde pesant seulement 46g / 1,6 oz.
L’ALIMENTATION
La Lacenano nécessite une alimentation spéciale, qui est livrée avec chaque machine. En effet, à cause du moteur sans ailettes, celleci ne fonctionnera pas
avec des alimentations standards (cela pourrait nuire à la machine, donc merci de ne pas essayer); et vos autres machines de tatouage ne fonctionneront pas
avec l’alimentation Lacenano.

Vous recevrez également un kit de prises internationales, 3 prises interchangeables si jamais vous allez en conventions à l’étranger. L’alimentation est
explicite par ellemême, toutes les connexions sont différentes les unes des autres donc pas de risque de se tromper dans les branchements. Le bouton
contrôle la vitesse de la machine de 2500 à 8000 tours/mn (42HZ à 133HZ). Ajustement automatique de l’alimentation si le voltage augmente (si vous
l’augmentez ou si vous prenez une taille d’aiguilles plus grosse par exemple). Plus besoin de chercher un nouveau réglage.

Dans l’image cidessous, vous pouvez voir la face avant et arrière de l’alimentation. Vous branchez la prise dans le port A, votre pédale dans le port B, la
machine dans le port C. D est le bouton de réglage de la vitesse.

LA MACHINE
La Lacenano possède un mandrin qui s’adaptera avec n’importe quel tube
standard 8mm. Il n’écrasera pas le tube comme certains mécanismes à
guillotine peuvent le faire. A cause du système de moteur magnétique, la
machine ne fonctionnera pas bien avec les cartouches (un peu comme avec
les machines à bobines en raison du transfert de force magnétique), c’est
pourquoi nous vous recommandons de ne pas utiliser le système de
cartouches.

Les réglages sont très simples et peuvent être effectués sans outils et ce,
pendant la session de tatouage. Il suffit de contrôler la position de l’aimant
sur la masselotte grâce au filetage présent sur le moteur.

La molette supérieure (2) contrôle la frappe (vous la réglez vers le haut pour
une frappe forte et vers le bas pour une frappe plus souple).

La molette inférieure (3) contrôle la course (vous augmentez la course en la

déplaçant vers le bas et vous diminuez la course en la déplaçant vers le
haut).

La machine peut chauffer, si vous la faites tourner à pleine vitesse et avec une frappe forte pendant de longues périodes de temps sans pauses. Ce n’est pas
un problème pour la machine, mais cela pourrait devenir trop chaud pour vos mains.

Pour cette raison, nous vous conseillons d’utiliser une pédale qui désactive la machine chaque fois que vous retirez votre pied, ainsi celleci bénéficie de
quelques secondes pour refroidir. Assurez-vous également de la laisser refroidir un peu une fois votre session de tatouage terminée avant de la toucher. Ce
phénomène est commun pour les machines à bobines, et la raison est la puissance élevée de la machine. Une petite rotative ne chauffera pas autant car elle
n’a qu’un moteur 5W, mais les machines à bobines produisent beaucoup plus de puissance (et de chaleur) et la LACEnano a un moteur 40w, qui dégage donc
un peu de chaleur.

ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE
La LACEnano est une machine qui a été conçue pour nécessiter très peu d’entretien. Vous pouvez lubrifier les roulements de temps en temps avec une goutte
d’huile si vous le souhaitez, mais ce n’est pas vraiment nécessaire. Si vous souhaitez la nettoyer dans un autoclave, alors nous vous conseillons d’utiliser un
lubrifiant de qualité autoclave (vous pouvez l’acheter dans les magasins de fournitures dentaires (en fait, les roulements sur la LACEnano sont des roulements
de machines dentaires).

Vous pouvez nettoyer l’ensemble de la machine (y compris le moteur) dans un autoclave à 135 ° C. Si vous n’en avez pas, vous pouvez utiliser un nettoyant

bobinas , pero sin las molestias ni el peso ocasionadas por estas. Así mismo es la maquina más ligera del mundo, pesando solo 46g/1.6oz.

FUENTE DE ALIMENTACIÓN
La Lacenano necesita una fuente de alimentación especial que viene con cada máquina. Esto es debido a su motor sin escobillas. La LACEnano no funcionará
con una fuente de alimentación estándar (de hecho le causarían daños a la maquina, así que conviene no probarlo) y otras máquinas no funcionarán con la
fuente de la LACEnano.

Junto a la máquina, recibirás un conversor internacional, que tiene 3 tipos de enchufe diferentes para cuando viajes a convenciones en el extranjero. La fuente
de alimentación es bastante intuitiva; todas las conexiones son diferentes entre ellas, así que no hay manera de hacer las conexiones de manera incorrecta. La
rueda frontal controla la velocidad de la máquina desde 2500RPM a 8000RPM (42 Hz a 133 Hz). La fuente cuenta con un control completamente automático
para ajustar el voltaje si la carga aumenta (si aprietas más o utilizas agrupaciones mayores de agujas). Así que se acabó el probar y ajustar el voltaje en
función de tus necesidades.

En la imagen bajo este texto podrás ver el frontal y la parte de atrás de la fuente; El enchufe va en el puerto A, el pedal en el puerto B, y la máquina en el puerto

LA MÁQUINA
La LACEnano tiene un mecanismo de cierre que sujetará cualquier tubo
estándar de 8mm. No romperá los tubos como otros sistemas de cierre tipo
guillotina. Al ser una máquina que funciona con imanes, no funcionará
correctamente con agujas de cartucho (prácticamente como la mayoría de
maquinas de bobinas, debido a la transferencia magnética de la fuerza) por
esta razón no recomendamos su uso (de todas maneras hacen el golpe de
cualquier máquina menos pronunciado)

Los ajustes son muy simples y pueden hacerse sobre la marcha sin el uso
de ningún tipo de herramientas y mientras trabajas usando únicamente los
dedos. El punto aquí es controlar la posición del iman en el chasis en
relación al imán que gira en el motor.

La rueda superior (2) controla el golpe (Ajústala hacia arriba para un golpe
más fuerte y hacia abajo para un golpe más suave).

La rueda inferior (3) controla el recorrido (aumentas el recorrido moviéndola

hacia abajo, y lo reduces moviéndola hacia arriba)

El Jack (1) es donde se conecta el cable de alimentación de la LACEnano.

Es posible que la máquina se caliente, si la usas a máxima potencia y con un golpe fuerte durante largos periodo de tiempo sin realizar ninguna parada. No es
un problema para la máquina, pero es posible que se caliente demasiado como para tocarla directamente con las manos. Por esta razón recomendamos usar
un pedal que pare el funcionamiento de la maquina al dejar de pisarlo para que esta tenga unos segundos para enfriarse. De todas maneras, asegúrate de
darle un momento a la máquina para enfriarse después de trabajar y antes de tocarla. Éste es un fenómeno común en las máquinas de bobinas y la razón es el
motor de la máquina.

Una rotativa pequeña no se calentará, ya que solo tiene un motor de 5w, pero las bobinas producen mucha más fuerza (y calor) y la LACEnano tiene un motor
de 40w, así que es normal que desprenda calor.

MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
La LACEnano ha sido diseñada para ser una máquina con un mantenimiento realmente bajo. Puedes lubricar los rodamientos con una gota de aceite de vez en
cuando pero no es realmente necesario. En caso de limpiarla en un autoclave, recomendamos usar un lubricante apto para autoclaves (puedes conseguirlo en
tiendas de suministros dentales – de hecho, los rodamientos de la LACEnano son rodamientos de máquinas dentales)

Puedes limpiar la máquina al completo (incluido el motor) en un autoclave a 135ºC. En caso de no tenerlo puedes usar un limpiador o desinfectante estándar,
como el que usas para limpiar cualquiera de tus otras máquinas.

FONTE DE ALIMENTAÇÃO

O LACEnano precisa de uma fonte de alimentação especifica que vem com cada máquina. Tudo isso devido seu motor sem escova. O LACEnano não funciona
com fontes de alimentação padrão (na verdade, elas podem estragar a máquina, por isso não use) e outras máquinas de tatuagem não irá funcionar com a
fonte de alimentação LACEnano.

Você também irá receber o kit de adaptador de tomada de parede internacional; ele vem com 3 adaptadores intercambiáveis para quando você for para
algumas convenções no exterior. O fornecimento de energia é bastante auto-explicativo; todas as conexões são diferentes uns dos outros, por isso não tem
como fazer quaisquer ligações de forma errada. O botão que controla a velocidade da máquina inicia de 2.500 RPM para 8.000 RPM (42 Hz a 133 Hz). Esse é
um controle absoluto em que a fonte de alimentação se ajusta automaticamente com a tensão se a carga aumentar (Se você forçar demais ou colocar uma
agulha maior).

Na foto abaixo estão a frente e painel traseiro da fonte de alimentação; você conecta o cabo de força na porta A o pedal na porta B e a máquina na porta C. D é
o botão de controle de RPM.

A MÁQUINA
O LACEnano tem um mandril que torna padrão qualquer tubo de 8mm. Não
irá esmagar o tubo como os outros mecanismos. Esta é uma máquina de
acionamento magnético, não tem um funcionamento tão bem com agulhas
de formato cartucho (que são parecidas com as máquinas de bobina, que
não causa transferência de força magnética) por esta razão ela não suporta
tão bem o uso de agulhas cartuchos (Elas fazem a máquina bater com
menos frequência, então você realmente não deve usá-los).

As configurações são muito simples e pode ser feito de forma livre, sem
ferramentas e enquanto tatua. O importante aqui é para controlar a posição
do ímã na barra do quadro em relação ao que gira sobre o motor.

A porca polegar superior (2) controla a batida (você pode ajustá-lo um

pouco mais duro para cima e para baixo uma batida mais suave.

A porca polegar inferior (3) controla o curso (você aumentar o curso

movendo-a para baixo e diminui o curso movendo-a para cima.

O jack (1) é onde você conecta o cabo de alimentação LACEnano.

A máquina pode ficar quente, se você executar em alta velocidade e por longos períodos de tempo sem qualquer parada. Este não é um problema para a
máquina, mas pode ser quente para as suas mãos. Por esta razão, aconselhamos a usar um pedal, assim ao desligar a máquina tem alguns segundos para se
refrescar.

Além disso; certifique-se de não tocá-lo logo depois que você terminar a tatuagem. Isso é comum em máquinas de bobina e a razão da alta potência da
máquina. Um rotativo não vai ficar tão quente, porque ele só tem um motor de 5W, mas bobinas pode produzir muito mais energia (e calor) e o LACEnano tem
um motor de 40W.

MANUTENÇÃO E LIMPEZA
A LACEnano foi projetada para ser uma máquina de baixa manutenção. Você pode lubrificar os rolamentos com uma gota de óleo de máquina, de vez em
quando, se desejar, mas não é realmente necessário. Se você colocá-lo em autoclave, aconselhamos usar um lubrificante logo depois.

A máquina (incluindo o motor) poder entrar no esterilizador autoclave até 135 °C. Ou se você não tem um, você pode usar qualquer produto de limpeza e
desinfetante padrão que você já usa para suas outras máquinas de tatuagem.
