Other Terms & Conditions

1. Software price includes product's price, Installation, Registration, Multi-user setup and Training. Additional T/A and D/A will be added if
customers work station is outside of Dhaka City.
2. Training course: 5 days training will be provided with software.
3. Additional charges are applicable @ $25 for per template designing and customization (If required) such as Invoice, Purchase order, Sales order,
Customer statement etc.
4. Annual License Fee: Above prices are for lifetime license. Customer does not require paying any amount for annual license fees purpose.
5. First 3 months BDA will provide all kind of technical support within the quoted price. After that this support will be continue based on support
agreement. 3 months Free Support period will be counted from the date of installation of software.
6. If Customer has multiple companies, BDA will help to create Chart of Accounts for one company file. Chart of Accounts for other companies
should be created by customer.
7. At least one visit per month will be conducted for first 3 months (Within Dhaka city).
8. For any major problem BDA will provide prompt support within next 3 hours (For Dhaka City only).
9. Orders without an official Purchase Order will not be processed.
10. Payment Term: 75% of quoted price is payable with P.O and balance upon completion of software installation and training.
11. Above all prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and excluding VAT & AIT.
12. Above prices are valid for next 15 days only.
