Leading Knight
It’s been a very good first month for the Lewiston Elks Lodge. We
had a wonderful turnout for the garage sale. It was a lot of hard Claire Davis
work, but with all my volunteers and myself we got this done and it Loyal Knight
was very successful. We started our first Bloody Mary bar which
was a very good. Join us every Saturday from 11 to 5 and have a Connie Lavoie
drink and lunch with us. The Bloody Mary bar will be every second Lecturing Knight
Saturday of the month and will start at 1:00.

We are looking forward to the month of May with a lot going on. Sr.
May 12th is our spaghetti supper fundraiser for Maine Children’s Esquire
Cancer Program. With entertainment by the band Tattooed Lies.
This should be a great evening and we have a lot of raffles and a Lysanne Doucette
50/50 drawing. Tickets are on sale now for $15 and $18. FMI please Secretary
call Anne 212-7638. On Sunday May 13th we will have our Mother’s
Day Brunch at 10 am. Please join us for this wonderful day to

celebrate our mother’s. Another event is the Local Talent from
Treasurer
Lewiston - THE GIRLS OF LA. They are putting on a show at the
Lewiston Elks Lodge with a few light refreshments. This will be an
awesome show featuring some of our very own talent from our Marge Carter
Lewiston Elks Lodge. Tickets on sale now. Please get them early as Chaplain
we are planning on selling out. $15 a ticket. FMI call Anne 207-212-

As the weather gets warmer we will try to get a permit to set up
outside so we can have game day. If anyone is interested and has Judy Foster

Section 1. The regular Lodge meetings of this Lodge shall be held on the second Monday of each month
throughout the year, except in the months of February, March and April which the Lodge shall meet on
the 2nd and 4th Monday of the Month.
