Key Selection Criteria for Retail Project Officer (FCD.55)

Essential Criteria

KSC 1- A relevant qualification (Diploma) and/or a minimum of 2 years’ retail/sales

experience.

KSC 2- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to maintain

confidentiality at all times

KSC 3- Demonstrated experience in financial tracking and monitoring.

KSC 4- Good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build
and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external
stakeholders.

KSC 5- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
tasks effectively.

KSC 6- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable Criteria

DC 1- Experience using computerised stock control and database systems.
