proof of ticket booking to secure your place in the conference.
If paying on the conference day, please do it by CASH and we cannot accept credit card,

REGISTRATION INCLUDES

1. Admission to the conference.


2. Attendance of all conference activities and keynote speech.
3. Present your accepted paper at the conference/Listen to all presentations. For
SCOPUS-indexed journal publications, the fess are borne by the authors and not
included in the conference registration fees.
4. Free flow coffee and snacks. Please add RM25 (USD 10 for international presenters)
if you choose to have breakfast and lunch provided by the organiser.
5. Conference proceeding in CD.
6. Possibility for the full papers to be published in the journals the AID Conference is
collaborating.

The registration does not include:


Meals. Meal (breakfast and lunch is optional to all delegates). Please add RM25 (USD 10) if
you choose food to be provided by us.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund is issued. For any emergency cases, presenters can always have a representative to
present the paper orally or by providing a representative to present on behalf of the group.

ACCOMMODATION arrangements are to be made by the conference delegates.
