Object: Technical information and offer about our concrete fibres production lines

Dear Mr. Harris,

At follow your kind request I am sending you the technical information about our concrete fibers production lines.
The line E 100 F is formed by:

A) Stand to can contain 40 spools of round wires diameter 1,20 mm having a max weight of KG. 35 each
one. (On request is possible to have different spools stand for bigger spools on customer request).

B) Motorized flattening wire group with manual flattening adjustment able to give a little flattening to all the
40 round wires simultaneously that permit to have enough traction power to unwind the spools and at the
same time to can have a better control of the wires. The flattening is also necessary to can be sure that all
the wires will have the same identical diameter dimension to avoid sliding of the single wires under the
feeding rollers.

C) production press "high speed" at two columns guides having the following characteristics:

- Main guide of die based in two columns, (instead on a central ram like the standard presses).
- Eccentric mechanical movement positioned near the floor, (instead on the top of press like the standard presses).
-Low barycentre and monolithic box body of the press suitable to avoid any vibration and deformation during the
staples stamping and reducing considerably the work noise, (about a 30% less respect a standard press).
All the complete line is controlled by:

A) General panel control served by PLC with programmable touch screen having a colour display indicating
all the possible alarms of the machine with the relative solutions, with all the electronic component of
last generation.

The press is besides complete of:

· Electronic speed variation with digital display

· Programmable electronic pieces counter
· Motorized press stroke adjustment with micrometrical indicator that permits to adjust the press stroke and
consequently the die in few seconds, without the utilization of any spanner by the operator. (All is made
electronically with a motor and controlled by the PLC with quote indicated in the display of the panel control.
· Automatic forced lubrication system in all the parts of the press with automatic emergency stop in case of
lubrication problems, (the operator is not requiring of any maintenance).
· Pneumatic clutch and brake with selector for step by step single stroke and continuous running
· Opening CE protections all around the die made in Plexiglas connected to safety devices.
· Second control panel including the main functions for an easier set up
at press board.
· Possibility to work on the die from all the four press corners, (exclusive of this kind of press).
· Work level at “eyes height”, this permit an easy intervention on the die without any efforts for the operator.
. One motorized conveyor to transport the stamped fibres outside the press.

. In the press is besides assembled an electronic wires feeding controlled by brushless motor able to feed the press at
very high production speed.

Tecnical information:

- Pression power: 25 tons.

- Production speed: adjustable from 100 to 300 strokes/minute.
(Normal average production non stop 250 strokes per minute).
- Total weight of all the production line: kg. 2.600 approx.
- Work area: mt. 2,5 x mt. 7 approx. (To this length must be add the space required by the stand for spools of
round wires that it is about 5 meters for the standard version having 40 spools of about 35 Kg. each one).
- Electrical power necessity: about 9 KW.
- Voltage: 380 V. – 50 HZ – 3 phases
We are making also a bigger line Model E 200 F that has basically the same characteristics of the line E 100 F
upper indicated but is equipped with a more power press having 40 Tons power, (instead 25), a little more power
flattening group and a different die. This line can utilize till 50 round wires dimeter 1,20 instead 40 wires
having in this way about a 25% more production respect the line E 100 F.

SALES CONDITIONS

THE PRICES OF THE EQUIPMENT UPPER DESCRIPTED ARE:

LINE E 210 F….………………………………………………………………“EX WORKS” Euro 105.000,00

PAYMENT TERMS: 30% on order – 70% at shipment

DELIVERY TIME: 6 -7 months from the receiving of the first 30% of payment on order.
IN THE PRICES ARE INCLUDED:

• All the manuals for use and maintenance in English language including spare parts list and electrical schemes.
• The packages of the machines and the charge on truck ready for the shipment. Where are utilized wooden boxes
they will be certified by fumigation treatment ISPM 15 – FAO / FITOK
• The CE certification.
• The certification of one year warrantee
• The training in our plant for the 2 – 3 days necessary to have all the technical information and to have the
instruction for the production. Our Company will pay the hotel and the food for one or 2 your technicians
during the 2-3 days of training, at your cost the trip to our plant.
To can start the machine and to can make the training, the customer will have to ship us the 40 or 50 spools of
round wire necessary to test the machine. The sending of the material for the test will be at full customer’s
charge and the wire on spools must to arrive in our plant at least 2 months before the final delivery date.

IN THE PRICES ARE NOT INCLUDED:

- The shipment and the insurance cost for transportation.

- The installation and the training in your plant.
- Any other matter not indicated in the offer.

WARRANTEE CONDITIONS:

All the line is guaranteed by our Firm for a period of one year from the final invoice date, for all the commercial
parts assembled in our lines will be valid the manufacturer’s warrantee conditions that will not shortest of one year.
The warrantee will not cover the parts brokered for the following reasons:
- Mistakes of the operators working on the line.
- Material utilized for the production not conforming.
- Overvoltage in the electrical feeding line
- Lightning or others atmospherically matters.
- Modifications applied by the customer without our previous written authorization.

Our Firm is not responsible of eventual economical damages that our customer can have for “production failure”
during the eventual line stop for reparation.

VALIDITY PERIOD OF THIS OFFER: 3 months from the date of the present.
